Incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, on 6/12/1995 and is also registered as a SSI Unit under Registration No. 04/01 43647 1998, we are considered as a noted manufacturer, exporter in the industry.  Since our inception in the year 1995, we have been providing a wide range of Investment Casting with utmost perfection. These are manufactured by using best quality wax sand, liquid chemicals, refractories and metals arrive that are further  tested for their viscosity, mesh and alumina contents in sand, checking for iron particles and in refractories etc. This enable us to meet the exact specifications of our clients

Quality Assurance

We are a quality conscious organization and therefore, we offer only the internationally acclaimed Investment Casting of intricate shaper with precise tolerances that are manufactured as per IS: 11199:1984. For this, we follow strict quality control measures at every stage of business activities, which are controlled by the experienced quality controllers. They conduct various tests such as radio graphical test, dye penetration test, pressure testing, and acid picking for checking our range of  Investment Casting. Further, to ensure flawless range of products, the team of quality inspectors is is engaged themselves in inspecting our finished gamut by using following list of testing equipment:

Some of the other processes are also carried out in the quality checking unit are:

• To ensure hardness is melted at certain temperature, and also to ensure for correct formation and breakages, wax preparation process is conducted
• For ensuring in stirring for the stipulated level of duration, slurry predation in conducted on the basis of viscosity checking and proper mixing of zercon flour and silica solution  
• On each occasion of coating, proper checking is carried out and each shell is also checked for removing  sand particles, dust and other particles
• Metal is tested in lab for chemical composition before pouring the metal in liquid condition
• Moreover, the finished range of Investment Casting is individually checked on the basis of hardness, blow holes, dimension and other parameters

Infrastructural Set Up

For meeting the large and medium scale industries like heavy engineering, arms & antiques, pumps, valves, pharmaceutical machinery, textile machinery, sewing machines and automobiles, we have established a robust infrastructural set up for our organization. Spread over huge space area and has  installed capacity of 20 M. tons per month, the infrastructure is capable of meeting the varied requirements of our clients. The infrastructure comprises manufacturing unit, quality control unit, well equipped design cell and tool room unit and many more that all are capable of producing 20,000 pieces of single components in a month.

We have our sound manufacturing unit that is capable of manufacturing our range of Investment Casting by using Ferrous & Non-Ferrous Metal like S.S. Grade, (CF-8) S.S. 304, (CF-8M) S.S. 316, CF-3M, Alloys-20, CA-15, CA-40 and entire range of EN Series, Carbon Steel, Super Alloy like Monel, Inconel, Hast Alloy B & C etc. Apart from these, some of the other departments that are included in our infrastructure are:

• Pattern moulding department : In this department, die-mould and the wax patterns are prepared. The die-mould patterns  are  inspected from dimension points of view and surface finish point of view, whereas, the wax pattern assembly is inspected as per methoding-drawing
• Shelling department : In this unit, the die-mould and the wax patterns, assembly are designed for shelling operation. Here, the assembly is washed by detergent power to avoid oil or kerosene over the patterns and subsequently water rinsing is done in order to remove the detergent over the surface
• Felting department : Here, the shelling operation is also carried out in a separate chamber that allow the shell to dry for 48 hours without cracking to grain sound shell with proper probability
• Die waxing department : This unit enable us to die wax the shells. To ensure the same, several methods are carried on like drawing operation, water-de-waxing system, inspection operation and many more
• Melting department: Here, the castings are cut from the gates by cutting and welding, pneumatic grinding, shot blasting, welding  and are used to get the final casting.
